The Bundesarbeitgeberverband der Personaldienstleister(BAP) represents the industry on an International, European and National level. For this purpose, it works as a member of the World Employment Confederation (formerly Ciett), World Employment Confederation - Europe (formerly Eurociett), the Bundesvereinigung der Deutschen Arbeitgeberverbände (BDA) and the Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln (IW), the Bundesverband Großhandel, Außenhandel, Dienstleistungen e.V.(BGA), in Bundesverband der Dienstleistungswirtschaft (BDWi), in der Vereinigung der hessischen Unternehmerverbände e.V.(VhU), in the vbw - AVereinigung der Bayerischen Wirtschaft e.V., with Unternehmerverbände Niedersachsen e.V. (UVN) and in the Verband Österreichs Personaldienstleister.

The BAP represents the personnel services industry and promotes fair working conditions in the industry, among other things, with a code of conduct and ensures that it is observed. The BAP actively organizes the exchange of information and ideas with the legislature, the ministries, the parties, the associations, the public institutions, the media and others, thereby helping to shape the labor market.
